**Job Title**:Mobile Cleaning Operative

West Sussex, East Sussex & Surrey

**Reports to**:Area Manager

**SUMMARY OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To perform various cleaning, maintenance, and operational support duties as directed by the company. Cleaning duties may include but is not limited to; general and specialist cleaning/maintenance tasks and covering for other cleaning staff at various locations. Operational support may include but is not limited to collection and transporting of other cleaning staff/equipment/materials to or from various locations.
- To ensure effective communication, reporting and liaison with staff, management and clients of the company.

**AREA OF WORK**
- Primarily Horsham and surrounding Counties of Surrey, East & West Sussex.
- Other areas as directed by the company when required.

**WORKING HOURS AND CONDITIONS**
- 40 - 60 Hours per week on Rota Mon - Fri.
- Some degree of early morning, evening and weekend hours may be necessary.
- Overtime may be required.
- You would often work alone, driving to jobs. For that reason, the continuous maintenance of a valid driving licence will be essential.

**TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT**

You will receive induction, supervision and further training.

**SKILLS, INTERESTS AND QUALITIES**

As a Mobile Support Operative, you will need:

- Integrity - Role requires you to be honest and ethical.
- You will be required to undergo a DBS check.
- Dependability - Role requires you to be punctual, reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
- Excellent personal organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Willing to take responsibility.
