Barista

Baristas must be able to work independently, while also thriving in a team environment. The right person for this role is a proven people-person, taking pride in giving amazing service experiences. You are customer centric and believe in serving a carefully curated menu with passion and precision, making every effort to give your customers exactly what they need, every day, in their way.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

**Essential Job Skills**:

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management.

**Salary**: £20,006.00-£22,515.00 per year

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
