Selby Golf Club Ltd is a Private Members’ Club founded in 1907, set on raised land in the Vale of York. Selby Golf Club is built on sand-based, well drained land making the course playable all year round, attracting a number of visiting golfers & private functions in addition to members and their guests.

With approximately 700 members, including playing & social members, the Club provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As well as the usual locker rooms, offices and Club shop, the Clubhouse consists of a casual members’ bar with a large lounge / function room and a dining room. A well-equipped kitchen is provided.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Caterer to take on the Catering franchise for our Club, Restaurant and Halfway House. In addition, catering is also required for formal dinners, restaurant meals, social events and a growing number of private functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, forward-thinking individual(s) who will actively contribute to a growing business whilst trading on a self-employed basis.

Experience of Golf Club catering would be an advantage, but more importantly, the successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the ambition and ability to deliver an excellent dining experience for members and visitors alike.

- A proven record of Food Hygiene / Safety Standards at Level 5 (NFHRS)
- High Personal and Professional Standards and attention to detail - A strong business acumen
- Proven track record of recruiting, employing and managing their own staff
- Desire to be part of a strong & motivated Clubhouse Team.

A 3-bedroom flat is also available to rent if required.

**Salary**: £10.00-£100.00 per hour
