Our clients based in Somerset, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The role will suit either a Trainee Residential Surveyor or an experienced Chartered Residential Surveyor:
**Key responsibilities included in the role of a Residential Surveyor**:

- Valuations
- Homebuyers Reports
- Building surveys

**Requirements for the experienced Chartered Surveyor role**:
**For the trainee position our clients are happy to consider the following**:

- SAVA students/graduates, who are nearing completion or near completion of the course.
- RICS Registered Valuer status is preferable, but qualifications can also be supported.

**Salary/Package**:

- Competitive salary DOE
- Car allowance
- Discretionary annual bonus scheme
