**Mackintosh Martin Gardening is looking for a part-time gardener to join our team in Crowborough.**

We are looking for someone to join our small team of gardeners, to help keep up with the increased summer demand. We look after gardens ranging in size from small residential gardens to large multi-acre properties. We take pride in our work and are looking for someone who will enjoy working to a high standard, making a difference in the garden each visit and enjoy working in varying environments. The job can be very physical and demanding but ultimately very rewarding. We welcome applicants with experience and also those with an interest and desire to learn more about horticulture. But most importantly we're looking for someone with a great work ethic, who can work well with others in a team and enjoys gardening.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planting, mulching, weeding, watering, tree pruning and other gardening activities.
- Cleaning and maintaining the grounds, buildings, and equipment.
- Performing routine maintenance on the equipment.
- Keeping the tools and equipment in working condition by following procedures, doing demonstrations, and using proper techniques.

**Skills**:

- Ability to drive a tractor, combine, or other equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, and climb without difficulty.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and work quickly and efficiently.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £80.00-£100.00 per day

**Benefits**:

- Flexitime

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
