**Salary: £25k - £35k (Negotiable based on experience and ability)**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

A busy independent **Estate Agency** is looking to recruit an experienced **Property Sales Progressor** to join their team based in the **Croydon area.**

The role will involve being responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale.

You will ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisor, other agents and members of your own team.

You will need to be organised and methodical, and able to provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish.

Most importantly, you will either currently be in a similar role or have dealt with sales progression with a lot of properties over a significant period of time and have a proven ability to progress a busy and constantly moving pipeline.
