**About the role**:
This role is based in our Ashford (Kent) office

As an Early Intervention Officer you will be:
You will be expected to provide client-focused support in a way that is approachable, flexible and caring, showing empathy and being nonjudgemental at all times. As well as being tenacious in support of your clients and being able to solve problems and surmount the challenges posed by the criminal justice system. This may include internal or external referrals or information provision of other support agencies.

You will need:
To be resilient & confident supporting people by telephone. You will be happy to work as part of a team and willing to constantly learn and adapt to new situations. You will enjoy being a part of a busy and varied working environment, able to communicate with victims of crime in a professional and supportive manner. You will have strong customer service ethics, be competent in the use of IT skills and know how to use a range of software packages on a PC.
