We are a bespoke, family-friendly company offering a fully managed service for holiday homes. We have a mix of luxury 1, 2 and 3-bed holiday homes across the area. Due to our continued success with our existing team, we are expanding and looking for great housekeeping staff to join the team and help maintain our high standards.

As a Superhost, with Coastalcohost, you will be required to work at your own property, with days and hours to be agreed but some flexibility would be beneficial. The days are mostly Monday and Fridays.

You will be provided with:

- Full training and induction to the company, including standards, brand values, processes, and safe working practices.

You will be self-motivated, mature and driven to deliver excellent customer service and standards.

What will I be doing?

As a Superhost with Coastalcohost, you are responsible for housekeeping in a holiday home to a high standard. Specifically, you will be responsible for maintaining 5 stars ratings by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in all Kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and entrances
- Ensure thorough reporting of any maintenance issues
- Friendly and professional customer service when dealing with customers
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any concerns
- Understand and comply with company policy on legal requirements, and perform any other tasks that may be required from time to time.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Ensuring the correct use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

- A neat and tidy appearance (hair and fingernails) and adherence to uniform requirements.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

Although previous experience would be beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
