**The role**

Our PrettyLittleThing team has a new opportunity as a Paid Social Executive to support the delivery of paid campaigns with our main channels, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Snapcat. Creating best in class, innovative campaigns across Paid Social marketing and supporting the strategic changes within the channel.

**What you'll be doing**

You will be responsible for end to end set up and management of campaigns across Paid Social platforms. This includes but is not limited to the following:

- You will build campaigns across all key social media platforms, managing all aspects of targeting strategy, budget management, creative execution, tracking set up and performance optimisation
- You will be able to adapt your approach to reflect the objective of the campaign
- Using daily data analysis you will pull out key metrics to inform your optimisations across all campaign levels
- You will communicate your results to wider team, and occasionally, senior stakeholders within the business
- Working across multiple international markets, you will ensure a localized creative & audience strategy is maintained
- Working with our AI partner, you will build bespoke targeting segments. We place strong emphasis on a continual test and learn agenda
- You’ll work with the wider team to concept localized and data optimized creative assets - building copy in line with KPIs, briefing assets to the graphics team and consistently striving for innovation & optimisation
- Use internal tools on a weekly basis to source relevant, territory specific blogger imagery
- Proactively contribute to meetings, owning bespoke documents with value-added insight
- You will be able to manage relationships across internal teams and external suppliers
- Work closely with the wider Marketing team to expand your knowledge and build an understanding of the full consumer journey
- Develop strong relationships with the rest of the Paid Social Team, the Digital Marketing Team, and the wider Marketing Team. Ensuring that output is aligned across media channels
- Keep up-to-date with industry news and advancements, making proactive suggestions on how we can improve our Paid Social proposition

**More about you**
- Experience working in Paid Social
- You ideally have previous experience of managing adverts outside of Meta - Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest etc.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse and draw insights from large data sets
- Good knowledge of excel; comfortable in producing complex reports, formulas and pivot tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen eye for creative innovation
- You are first and foremost, a team player with a readiness to build relationships with both colleagues and external media partners
- You are driven, proactive and passionate
- You are keen to learn and develop
- You show strong problem-solving skills and are able to source help when needed
- You are willing to learn and openly share your expertise
- You have the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- You contribute openly to meetings and discussions
