This individual will work closelywith our Director of Product, founding cohort of Programme Directors and the wider ARIA team.”**

**The Product Team**
The Product Team at ARIA will serve as the ‘central brain’ of the agency. The product you’ll be delivering isn’t software, it’s a world-changing R&D programme experience - the first of its kind in the UK. This will be a small, foundational team executing (fast)on a whole range of activities core to ARIA’s success. You’ll collaborate with other internal functions and work closely with ARIA’s Programme Directors. Above all, you’ll need a flexible mindset (we’ll be defining as we go), and excitement for what the teamis creating.
**What You’ll Do**
Manage Product operations at ARIA, running all the operations required to ‘productise’ the ARIA programme experience, including the operations to support:

- Programme Director training
- Programme review and approval
- Solicitations for project proposals
- Tracking of programme progress/milestones
- Capturing feedback from Programme Directors/researchers and suggesting product iterations based on the data
- Talent programme selection/interviews
- Collaborate seamlessly with members of ARIA’s central operational function, creating processes which capture complex legal, financial, and commercial nuances.
- Regularly iterate and improve existing Product processes and propose new ones.
- As a founding member of the ARIA product team, play an active role in developing the ARIA product function’s mission, core principles and culture.

**Who You Are**:

- You are detail-driven, precise and hold yourself to a high standard of operational excellence.
- You are exceptionally organised and able to self-manage multiple projects in parallel.
- You have experience designing, building and implementing processes/products from scratch.
- You have an excellent working knowledge of excel or Google Sheets, and feel confident capturing, analysing and presenting quantitative data.
- You have experience of managing cross-functional projects and capturing inputs from different stakeholder groups.
- You are a highly structured communicator (both written and verbal).
- You are comfortable with uncertainty and thrive in highly dynamic, high stakes situations.

**Terms of Appointment**:

- Salary: c. £50,000.
- Reports to: Director of Product.
- Location: HQ Central London, 3 days a week in the office
