Nursery Practitioner

We have a couple of vacancies available starting from the New Year. These positions are for a qualified Room leader and fully qualified level 3 of level 2 practitioners, for level 2 practitioners there is opportunity to continue your level 3 with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Supervise and engage children in play and educational activities
- Monitor children's health, safety, and well-being at all times
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery space
- Follow all policies and procedures related to childcare and safety

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

**Skills**:

- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate activities for children
- Excellent observation skills to monitor children's behavior and needs
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children and parents
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a childcare setting
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle emergencies calmly
