**Position**:
Responsible for ensuring that company's inventory levels are sufficient to meet the demands of customers and implementing procedures to optimize inventory control.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Prepare regular inventory reports detailing inventory level, discrepancies, and other statistical data.
- Analytical review of inventory levels and escalating when needed.
- Investigate, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
- Develop processes and tools to improve inventory controls, accuracy, and accountability.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Suite modules and Czapp for accurate management of inventory.
- Recommending and developing strategies related to inventory management with constant focus of continuous improvement.
- Performing checks and audits with third party warehouses.
- Assist in inventory deliveries and shipment of inventory as required.
- To take responsibility for your performance and to work together to achieve our organizational goals.
- To attend training courses which are identified as being necessary for the performance of the role.
- To be fully conversant with the Employee Handbook and supporting policies, including Health & Safety legislation and fire and emergency procedures.
- To comply with any reasonable instruction issued by your manager.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone with the following skillset and attributes:
**Essential**:

- Business level fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Advanced communication skills.
- Strong I.T. skills including proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Self-starter with the ability to use initiative for problem solving.
- Resourceful, innovative and proactive.
- Personable with the ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels both internally and externally.

**Desirable**:

- Ability to speak a second language.
- Previous experience in maintaining databases and systems.
