Receptionist/administrator

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room reservations and catering arrangements
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Please note that this is not a remote position. The receptionist will be required to work on-site at our office location.
We offer competitive pay based on experience.
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
