Libby Rak Jewellery is an expanding jewellers located in the vibrant market town of Woodstock, Oxfordshire. At Libby Rak Gallery of Jewellery, we operate an in-house workshop where we create a diverse range of bespoke pieces and design collections. Our comprehensive services encompass repairs, resizes, remodelling, and bespoke commissions.

**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform skilled repairs and jobbing tasks, such as chain repair, ring sizing, polishing, plating, findings replacement/repair, and more.
- Create intricate and unique bespoke commissions.
- Familiarity with laser techniques is advantageous, but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive on-site training.
- Contribute to general shop duties, including maintaining well-presented display cabinets, promptly addressing phone inquiries, and upholding a clean and organized workspace.
- Prioritize exceptional customer service, as each jeweller at Libby Rak Jewellery also serves as a gallery assistant. Interacting directly with customers, ensuring they can communicate with the artisans crafting their pieces, is of utmost importance.
- Maintain efficient stock control using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Stay up-to-date with customer orders and effectively manage workloads to meet deadlines.
