**A Summary of the role**:
Due to expansion, our client is looking for a Super Star HR Officer who is a great all-rounder Supporting all areas of the company with everything HR related
**Responsibilities will include the full employee cycle -**
- Recruitment, selection and onboarding
- Managing and evolving HR policies and procedures
- Managing employee relations and providing guidance and leadership to the management team
- Support the creation of training and development plans - including the provision of leadership and employee training programmes
- Working with the senior team to create an effective and suitable structure for growth
- Designing and embedding organisational culture and values fit for our business and our future goals and aspirations
- Contribute to and implement HR initiatives to improve the employee experience, e.g. wellbeing packages and benefits
- HRIT & measurement - Managing new and existing HRIT systems automating the employee journey and the development of people KPI’s
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards it
- At least 3 years experience in a generalist HR role within a SME environment
- A flexible, positive and collaborative approach to commercial HR
- Confidence to offer pragmatic and ethical HR support to an evolving organisation and leadership team
- Experience of creating HR policies & procedures and seeking out opportunities for improvement in people practices
- Ability to deal with employee matters with discretion and care
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Organisational & administrative skills to support the daily operation of this function
