Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join our team in providing administrative support within our legal practice.
**Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently manage office tasks and provide administrative support to legal professionals
- Utilise IT systems for document management and data entry
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
- Communicate professionally with clients, solicitors, and other staff members
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence
- Type legal documents and correspondence with precision
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a legal environment, preferrably residential conveyancing
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently
- Ability to type legal documents quickly and accurately
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
