**We are looking to engage a passionate and experienced Administrator to join our team at Doxford Park, Sunderland or Green Lane, Liverpool. This is a full time role on 12-Month fixed-term contract and offers hybrid working after completed training at the office.**

**About the role**

As our Administrator, you will help ensure administration of incidents involving customer services are dealt with in accordance with the current Claims Procedure Guide. This will require accurate inputting and record maintenance of reported insurance incidents in accordance with the current Transcare/client Service Level Agreement timescales.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Maintain effective and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring a professional approach at all times.
- Ensure all document storage areas including digital, are maintained in a systematic and tidy fashion.
- Administration of daily incoming/outgoing post and digital documents.
- Provide cover where required in all administration areas.
- Handle all data including CCTV, in accordance with company/departmental policy and current UK data processing legislation.
- Maintain and report accurate unit data and throughput figures to management.
- Additional administrative duties may be allocated as appropriate, when required

**About you**

You can demonstrate experience in an Administration role, with excellent organisation and communication skills. You are detail orientated with strong digital skills with working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams & SharePoint.

Adaptable and pro-active in adopting change and best practice initiative, you can work confidently, building stakeholder relationships across UK. You will be committed to attend all relevant training, as and when required.
