Coordinates all aspects of production/sample flow on the studio floor. Ensuring that the products arrive in line with agreed schedules/timelines, are clean and fit for purpose. Managing and moving a vast range of different product types from delivery into the studio through to Photography/Video sets and then back out via despatch areas.

Responsible for maintaining the studio floor, ensuring high cleanliness standards and ensuring adherence to Health and Safety standards and procedures. A key part of this role will involve being able to influence a large Creative team to ensure all the above standards and KPI’s are maintained.

What will I need to do:
Sample Coordination:
Facilitate the delivery and despatch samples into and out of the Zest in-house studios. Ensuring the correct products arrive on time by tracking adherence to a studio production schedule. Flagging when samples have not arrived. Checking products for damage, cleaning products to a high standard so that they can be used for content creation (Photography and Video). Ensuring that samples arrive on set in line with production schedule. In addition to handling samples within the studios, we are also required to support the styling team with the running and handling of the samples within our prop store.

Studio Production Flow:
Keeping studio production flowing and on track working from schedules and the in-house systems to ensure yourself and wider teams are hitting KPI’s. Will be a key player in working with all wider teams to ensure shoots and production schedules are met.

Maintaining Sample Quality:
Following standard operating procedures when a sample arrives at the studio damaged. Ensuring the correct Zest team members are notified and that the correct label is applied so that the sample can be taken out of circulation. Whist the sample is in the studio care, the Studio Floor Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the sample is not damaged, is tracked and despatched in pristine condition.

Studio Cleanliness & Tidiness:
The Studio Floor Coordinator is the owner of cleanliness and tidiness on the studio floor. Influencing the rest of the Zest in-house studio team to maintain adherence and providing facilities to make adherence easier. Sweeping the studio floor daily, ensuring all samples, set build and other equipment are kept in designated areas. We are also responsible for ensuring any client areas are tidy and set up before any clients or models arrive to use the space.

Completing daily checks of their studio, including offices, reception areas, meeting room, kitchens, and toilets. Placing delivery bay barriers out in the morning. Is responsible for flagging any non-adherence to individuals and line manager. In addition to the above H&S aspects of our role, the SFCs in each studio are appointed as First Aid contacts, and Fire Marshalls should we have any accidents or fires within the studio

Location Shoots: During location shoots you may be required to stay away. Location shoots are predominantly in the UK, travel and accommodation will be provided. Shoot locations are fully risk assessed. You will perform all duties and responsibilities as in the studio environment. In addition, load the delivery vehicle prior to departure from Zest in-house studios, taking responsibility for making sure all samples, props, & equipment that may be required is loaded and in good condition. We are also responsible for keeping our location kits all prepared ready for any shoot, and to ensure our stock cupboards are not fully depleted and get replenished regularly to ensure we always have the equipment needed available to us.
