Care Assistant

Work as part of a team providing care and support to service users residing at The Old Rectory.

Provide and maintain high quality supportive relationships, acknowledging the individual rights and dignity of each service user

Work independently with service users, and participate in a flexible shift system, work day, evening and sleep in shifts.

A programme of training is offered, employees are also encouraged to study a Qualifications and Credit Framework (previously NVQ) level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care.

Experience in the care sector is desirable but not necessary
