Job role**:IT Support**

Salary**:(Circa) £25,000**

Location**:Cambridge - Hybrid**

**Role Responsibilities**:

- General IT administration duties
- Implement new systems, hardware and software
- User Management (onboarding & offboarding) including setting up & issuing hardware
- On-premise and cloud tech administration, including cloud IT project work
- Occasional travel to other UK sites

**Required skills/experience**:

- Previous experience working in an 1st Line Support / Service Desk role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Cloud storage solutions experience would be advantageous.
