We are currently supporting our client, a specialist financial services organisation within the motor industry, to grow their Technical Claims team.

The client represent large motor manufacturers and provides award-winning vehicle warranty and asset protection products. Based in Bradford, they have a global presence in more than 60 countries.

We are recruiting for Technical Claims Specialists to join the team during an exciting period for the business.
- Level 2 or 3 Qualified City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Engineering (Essential).
- Previous experience of working in a Motor Vehicle Engineering environment (Essential).
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills (Essential).
- Confident communicator, able to deliver a consistently superior customer experience.
- A problem-solver focused on finding the best solution for both the customer and the business.
- Keen willingness to learn & develop.

As a Technical Claims Specialist, your role will be to:

- Deal with claims received from customers, dealerships and end users.
- Work to provide a consistently superior customer experience at all times.
- Use expert technical knowledge to authorise claims and negotiate claims payments for mechanical breakdown, parts and labour rates.
- Conform to all company, legislative and procedural policies.
- Continue to develop high level of expertise and knowledge through training.

Please note this is a full time role, working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, 37.5hrs a week.
