- Broad experience in general clinical nephrology and subspecialty experience in transplantation
- Training and education of undergraduate and postgraduate students

**Education & Professional Qualifications**:

- Full GMC registration
- MRCP or equivalent
- CCT or CESR in renal medicine or interview within 6 months of CCT date
- MD or PhD

- Understanding of clinical governance and audit procedures
- Leadership skills
