**About the role**

You will be reporting to the Empty Homes Area Manager, will deliver all works for Void Property within the group to assets and estates in a Value for Money and efficient manner, providing excellent internal and external customer service in line with business objectives, budgets and growth for the successful delivery of the repairs and maintenance works.

You will have a responsibility to encourage and support learning & development opportunities for Apprentices, integrated within the work experience provided by our company.

**Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.**

**About you**

You need to have the ability to Clean and finish to a very high standard on a continual basis is absolutely essential.

You need very good/fluent verbal English and written English, excellent communication skills, excellent time management and organisation skills and the ability to organise and plan ahead.
