An established and thriving Town Planning firm based in Bristol is seeking a dynamic and motivated Town Planner to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a company renowned for its innovative approach and strong market presence in the field of Town Planning.

**Responsibilities**:
This role offers an exciting and fulfilling career path with abundant prospects for personal and professional growth. As an Town Planner, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Leading and overseeing complex urban/town planning projects from inception to completion.
- Providing expert guidance on town planning policies and regulations, with a focus on achieving clients' objectives.
- Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to navigate and secure complex planning permissions.
- Conducting comprehensive site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses.
- Preparing and delivering high-level town planning reports and proposals.
- Driving continuous improvement in town planning strategies and processes to ensure excellence.
- Extensive and proven experience in town planning and development, ideally at a senior level.
- A deep understanding of UK town planning policies, regulations, and local planning authorities.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management abilities, including the successful delivery of large-scale town planning projects.
- A proactive and innovative approach to resolving complex town planning challenges.
- Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is highly desirable.
