**This role is a fixed term contract for an initial period of 12 months.**

**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and to provide support throughout the hiring process
- Proactively build and manage talent pipelines for critical roles, whilst planning for future needs
- Working closely with employer branding to accurately portray the culture of LeoVegas, and to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice

**OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING**:

- At least three years inhouse or agency recruitment experience
- A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of strategic sourcing strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Demonstrated experience of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- An interest in sports and/or casino
