**Overview of the role**:
To have commercial awareness to produce accurate quotations for Litho, Digital and Large Format print, liaising with colleagues and outsource suppliers ensuring that our clients receive high end quality products at viable costs, whilst maximising company profit.
**Main Duties**
Create competitive and accurate quotations for our clients, within required time scales using our internal MIS (EFI Pace)
Produce quotes utilising our resources to achieve high quality products whilst maximising profit margins.
Work closely with both the Sales and Production team to agree most cost effective ways to produce a job.
Support both Sales and CSR’s with technical queries relating to jobs.
**Key skills**
Previous experience within estimating
Excellent IT skills must be a competent user of MS Office including the use of Excel at an Intermediate/advanced level.
Ability to find solutions to complex requirements
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Flexible approach to working hours.
Understanding of all print and print finishing processes for Litho, Digital and Large Format work.

**Salary**: £20,300.00-£40,000.00 per year
