Electrical and Mechanical Assembly / Testing Apprentice
- Apprentices will have scope to explore their own interests. Eaton encourages all employees to develop to their full potential.
- Apprentices will follow a robust rotational plan where they will have the support of the dedicated Apprenticeship Team to ensure their learning journey is exciting, engaging, and successful in line with their educational studies.
- Essential Functions:
- Manufacture of Aerospace components using a variety of assembly and test techniques.
- With the support of Eaton, successfully complete an engineering apprenticeship through a local college or provider
- Full training will be provided by Eaton

**Qualifications**:

- Direct experience of and/or demonstrated interest in making things or getting things made from your own personal efforts, i.e. in a workshop, or equivalent position.
- Demonstrated interest in and understanding of mechanical engineering, especially in systems for which safety and reliability are essential, e.g. aerospace.
- An ability to work with written instructions, drawings, and through practical instruction.
- Basic IT skills such as Excel and Word are preferred
- GCSE (grade C or above desirable) in English, Mathematics, and one or more Sciences (equivalent experience considered)
- A-Levels (or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
