Due to growth an opportunity for a Site Finishing Foreman has become available.

**About The Job**

As a site finishing foreman you will ;
- Manage and coordinate all trade sub-contractors on site
- Ensure just in time deliveries of materials for trades
- Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with Housing Association specification
- Responsible for onsite Health and Safety
- Work closely with other foremen on site to meet time constraints
- Effectively influence the progress on sites and ensure programme deadlines are met.
- Proven leadership skills with a large and diverse workforce
- Excellent analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ensure the requirement as specified by client and senior management are met

**What it takes**

To be considered you will have the following;
- A degree in Construction Management or other relevant qualification.
- Ability to use own initiative, take accountability and responsibility for tasks through projects.
- Full clean driving license.
- All relevant Site Cards.
