About the firm:
Founded over 30 years’ ago, this firm has clients from a wide range of sectors, and they offer a variety of services to help their clients with many aspects of their accounting needs. Covering clients throughout the Southeast, this firm has seen continualgrowth from their inception in the 1980’s, expanding across Kent and Sussex, although they still have strong roots within Canterbury.

Key responsibilities:

- Preparation of VAT returns
- Assisting clients with their Tax compliance
- Accounts production - preparation through to draft review
- Liaising with clients when necessary
- Working within the Accounts team and reporting to Managers when appropriate
- 2+ years Practice experience in an Accounts role
- Studying towards a professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA/AAT
- Good written English and communication skills

Additional information:

- Salary from £24,000 p/a to £32,000 p/a
- Monday - Friday
- Study support (if required)
