Our client, who is supported by one of the country's largest financial advisory networks is looking for an Administrator for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity to be joining the company during a very exciting period of growth.
This Administration role will mean that you need to provide the Financial Advisors with quality support. If you are an individual with administrative experience looking for a full or a part time position, then we'd love to hear from you.
**Key duties for the Financial Services Administrator will include**:
- New business processing
- Dealing with policy enquiries
- Answering telephone calls
- Preparation for client meetings including checking compliance documents.
**Skills & Knowledge for the Financial Services Administrator**
- The ability to cope in high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Team player - Good planning and effective organisational skills with a methodical approach to work
- Honesty and integrity.
Hours: Part-time or full time - Monday to Friday on site.
Company benefits: include 23 days holiday plus BH, Parking on-site, DIS and Income Protection, discretionary bonus and pension scheme.
