Freelance Esol Tutor

Our client is an Ofsted 'Good' rated training provider who has been providing training programmes for 15 years across London and South West England.

Are you a passionate educator who loves to inspire and guide students toward their academic success? Our client, situated in Plaistow, is in search of a committed ESOL Tutor to join our professional and cooperative team and make a meaningful contribution.

**Duties can include**:
**Course Planning and Preparation**:

- Develop engaging lesson plans and comprehensive work schemes.
- Curate relevant learning materials and employ a variety of teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs of learners.

**Learner Support**:

- Assess learners' prior educational experiences and achievements.
- Provide personalized advice and guidance to support learners' progress.
- Ensure clear awareness among learners about available progression routes.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Undertake necessary administrative tasks in compliance with Addysg Oedolion Cymru | Adult Learning Wales funding regulations.
- Attend essential tutor meetings, quality briefings, and accreditation/moderation sessions relevant to the role.

**Requirements**: A professional teaching qualification with ESOL as a specialism is required (a minimum of a CELTA qualification; preferably DTTLS/PGCE or DELTA)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £25.00-£27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
