**Senior Repairs Supervisor**
- Permanent
- Gloucester (plus surrounding areas)
- Salary - £ 39,500 per annum plus Callout/Standby allowance
- Full-time - 40 Hours Per Week (also operating an out of hours service on a rota basis with a standby/call out payment.

You’ll be given a full uniform including foot

wear and personal protective equipment (PPE), a company van in addition to a specialist power tool kit you’ll need to fulfil the role.

**The role**:

- Reporting to the PropertyCare Repairs Manager, the Senior Repair Supervisor will oversee the day to day delivery of activities undertaken by the Property Care Team ensuring the directly employed repair supervisors, coordinators and engineers are fully optimizedand have the required support, materials, equipment, and skills to deliver an excellent repairs service to our tenants.
- Oversee specialist external contractors undertaking repairs on behalf of Property Care ensuring they are delivering a quality service and repairs they undertake are to the required standard, are good value for money and are completed to the satisfactionof the residents.
- Monitor performance of directly employed supervisors, trades staff and/or subcontractors undertaking repairs to ensure that works are completed within target or attended on the appointed day ensuring customer satisfaction, teams are fully optimised, qualityof product and deliver value for money.
- Accountable for Health & Safety for all works undertaken by directly employed staff and external contractors ensuring they operate safely and in accordance with all policies and procedures and ensuring all the appropriate arrangements are in place i.e.DBS, RAMS etc

**The Person**:

- Experience of managing supervisors and trades people or contractors within a similar environment.
- Two years’ experience with a good all-round knowledge of maintenance/construction.
- Relevant trade qualifications.
- Experience of dealing with performance and productivity of teams and individuals.
- Have a full driving licence.
