**Role**:Recruitment Administrator
**Location**:204 Fleetwood Road North, FY5 4BJ
**Hours of Work**:8.30am to 5.00pm days of work Monday-Friday
**Salary**:£24,000 per annum

**Overview**
We are looking for a confident, hardworking and highly motivated individual to join our exciting, friendly and expanding HR team to manage the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
**Key tasks**:
- Create, maintain and annually audit job descriptions and their person specifications, ensuring relevance and compliance with relevant legalisation

- Build relationships with local schools and colleges; promoting Partington’s as the employer of choice by attending trade shows and careers fairs (in our pink branded van)
- Support the wider team in obtaining onboarding paperwork for compliance records (training, inductions, contracts, ID etc)
**Skills, experience and qualities you will need**:
- Ability to use IT systems and record data
- Attention to detail and the desire to provide an excellent service is essential.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Great organisational skills whilst working quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Confident working using your own initiative with moderate supervision.
- Able to work collaboratively with managers and other team members.
- Ability to prioritise work, with conflicting demands.
**Important Information**
- Applicants must be able to produce right to work documentation.
- Successful applicants will also be required to undertake a DBS check and DVLA licence check.
