Aswell as making our range of (water-based, low VOC) paint, (FSC certified) wallpaper, blinds and supplies with real people and real homes in mind. It's why we curate a selection of paints, wallpapers and blinds which means they don’t come in all the coloursbut THE colours.

It's why we have an expert team of colour consultants on-hand to help with any decorating question, big or small. It's why we’re building a supportive community of decorators to inspire each other with their projects.

Our curated selection of paints, wallpapers, blinds, and supplies are both easy-to-use and quick to inspire. For everyone from first timers and grand designers. Gone are the days of too much choice, feeling like you’re doing it alone, and messy, expensivesample pots. This is a fresh look for decorating.

About the Company:
The home décor brand was founded in 2019 by two experienced start-up entrepreneurs - targeting the $1trillon global home decor market. The business has raised over $29m since inception and their sights are set on scale. This means expanding our product offering,launching new sustainability initiatives, and growing our already thriving community of home decorators across the globe.

**The Job**:
We are constantly analysing the home décor market and interior design trends to ensure that our product portfolio contains the most relevant, innovative, and popular products available to promote to our customers.

You will:

- Assist in the creation of briefing documents for our suppliers to enable them to develop products.
- Request and track the sampling process from concept to gold seal sample, logging all costs incurred and feeding back to suppliers with improvements stated by the Head of Portfolio & Product Innovation.
- Manage the sampling process for independent testing, sending out samples, keeping accurate logs, ensuring these are kept in line with the critical path.
- Keep abreast of all supplier developments in line with the critical paths and update where necessary.
- Provide assistance in maintaining line plans with product set up information and any quality data for each product.
- Carry out market research and competitor research to inform product development strategy.
- Work with production, marketing, and digital content to launch products on our website across multiple markets.
- Assist in preparation of price lists.

- Your verbal and written communication game is strong, you can clearly share your ideas and data to support them. You use plain language and don’t add unnecessary complexity
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- You are self-motivated and able to work under your own autonomy as well as part of a team
- Passion for physical products - Fun, kind and personable
- You use data and insights to inform your decision making and improve what you do and how you do it.
