**Detailed Job Description**:
Reporting to the Global IT Service Level Manager, this role is positioned within our IT function to work in a wider, global team.
In this role you will support the Service Desk ticket system, attempting to ensure processes and best practice are followed, executed correctly and improved. Playing a key role in global IT support will be critical whilst following triage processes to resolveissues and ensuring that you escalate to 2nd Line when appropriate.

**Skills Required**:

- Basic knowledge of desktop environments (XP/Windows 7, Windows 10)
- Good understanding of different technologies, including telephony
- Basic IT knowledge

**Personal Qualities**:

- Enthusiastic and passionate about IT
- Good communication skills to be able to speak to all levels of stakeholder
- Able to adapt to new situations and challenges
