Outdoor Activity Instructor

At **Peak Activities** we offer a wide range of exhilarating outdoor activities, team-building programs, and educational experiences to individuals, families, schools, and corporate groups across our 5 Activity centres. Our staff are at the centre of everything we do, and as a member of the team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring all our customers have a fantastic and memorable experience during their time with us.

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and driven instructors to work at Trafford Watersports Centre, located at Sale Water Park in Greater Manchester.

At Trafford Watersports your day will be full of variety, delivering a whole range of activities such as kayaking, canoeing, sailing, and stand-up paddle boarding. No two days will be the same

**Who are we looking for**:

- You will be expected to ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and professional manner linked to high quality learning outcomes.
- You will need to be an excellent communicator and people skills. You should be able to manage a group in potentially challenging situations.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, however, we are willing to consider applicants with the right attitude and enthusiasm.

**Qualifications**:
You must hold the following qualification:

- PBI

**Desirable**:

- Archery GB Instructor award
- Mountain Bike Leader/instructor or equivalent
- Paddlesports Instructor / Coach or equivalent
- DofE Assessor
- ML or HML Award or equivalent
- Valid First Aid Qualification
- DI
- SI
