**Personal Requirements**

We are looking for a friendly hard-working person with a positive outlook. You must be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a willingness to work as part of a team. Good communication skills are a must along with a willingness to deliver the best possible service and uphold the ethos, aims and values of Scarisbrick Hall School.

You will be expected to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and have good organisational skills. This is a hands on, fast paced role and will suit someone who likes working with ambitious, friendly and hardworking people. If you want to be noticed and recognised for your individual contribution, then this is the school for you.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintaining the buildings and grounds
- Logistical planning and set ups.
- Keeping the site clean, well maintained, and safe
- Furniture assembly/construction
- Car park duties
- Grounds support
- Supporting with Health & Safety requirements
- Support with site security, including unlocking and locking the premises.

Permanent position, 25 hours per week mainly evening and weekends, but must be flexible. Hourly rate £10:50 to £11:73 depending on experience.

The successful applicant will require an enhanced disclosure from the DBS (Disclosure Barring Service). The school will conduct this check.**
