**In short**: Banking client looking for 2 Test Managers to assist in digitising their various front end offerings. Key requirements; Senior stakeholder management, reporting, metrics gathering, handling 3rd party suppliers (onshore and offshore),excellent communication between techy and non-techy stakeholders.

**About the Role**:
The role of the Test Manager will be to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards through the efficient use of test automation, attention to detail, Agile delivery and a focus on the customer.
You'll have a track record in modern Quality Engineering and introduction of 3rd Party tooling. You'll be at ease with relevant tooling and have a laser focus on shipping high quality features with great delivery flow.
You'll have strong interpersonal skills, proven development and support experience with a thirst for developing yourself and others to maximise their potential.
**You will be**:

- Leading, Innovating & working as part of an agile team
- Use your experience of modern software development toolsets and demonstrate the ability to stretch into DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines
- Defining and Leading Quality Engineering and Assurance work ensuring the highest quality of shippable products and quality artifacts.
- Express your own opinions, and be pragmatic about modifying them when appropriate
- Work "hands-on" alongside all other Engineering Disciplines
- Model the behaviors required to support the organisation's transformation to new ways of working
- Use an automation first Test approach with a passion for driving efficiency and a focus on reducing risk

- Ability to work independently and to take ownership - and uses own initiative

**What we would like to see from you**:

- A solid Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering background with a good knowledge of Test Lifecycle, Test Models, Best Practices, Test Benchmarking and Test Tools. This includes a good awareness of Test Data and Environments
- Be able to project and implement "Automation first" approach in every phase of software delivery process that aids speed to market, better quality and reduces risks.
- Experience with toolsets including Selenium, Cucumber, GitHub, Postman, JIRA and confluence; with a willingness to learn where necessary
- Work in cross-disciplinary feature teams delivering exciting customer driven solutions and high quality software.
- Showcase excellent interpersonal and communications skills whilst expertly working across the project lifecycle to ensure software operates as intended.
- Be very comfortable and experienced in dealing with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of seniority and technical understanding
- Exercise responsibility, autonomy and judgement within broad, but well defined parameters.
- Work in a highly collaborative way to complete assigned work, showcase progress and address problems that are well defined, complex and often non-routine.
- Be a quick learner with a growth mindset adapting to new technologies being used within Lloyds and the wider industry whilst bringing those around them on the same journey.
- Significant problem solving, fixing and analytical skills

- Experience of leading test teams, test management, Coordination of testing across our partners
