Job Opportunity: Service Manager at Empowerhouse - Join our Growing Team

Empowerhouse, a reputable semi-independent supported housing organisation in London, has an immediate opening for a Service Manager. We are seeking a passionate individual with proven experience in managing multiple teams, overseeing the support plans of 60 young people, and effectively handling housing management. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our dynamic team during a period of significant growth.
- **Position**: Senior Housing Manager
- **Location**: London - Uxbridge
- **Salary**: £35,000.00 - £45,000.00 annually
- **Duration**: Initial 6-month probationary period with the prospects of a permanent post **Hours**: Monday to Friday, 40-45 hours per week
- **DBS**: Clear Enhanced required

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery of all our provisions
- Manage and provide guidance to up to 10 teams, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to support plans for 60 young people
- Maintain and enhance housing management procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Foster a positive and empowering culture within the organisation
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including local authorities and community partners

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a managerial role, ideally overseeing multiple teams
- Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by young people in a supported housing setting
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage resources effectively, and meet deadlines
- Passion for empowering young people and helping them achieve their full potential
- Knowledge of housing management regulations and best practices
- Clear driving license and access to own vehicle.
