Painter and Finisher

With a reputation for high levels of craftsmanship and quality of workmanship, we are looking to recruit a first-class finisher to our workshop team. Your background may not be working in the marine industry, but experience in this field is not always necessary and relevant experience may be in the motor trade. If you have the enthusiasm, drive and desire coupled with strong practical skills, pride in your work, strong sense of responsibility and a willingness and desire to develop a career with us, we would love to hear from you.

**The key skills required for this role are**:

- Good knowledge of surface preparation of differing materials.
- Ability to implement safe working practices and maintain high standards and routines in spray shop environment.

**Essential that you**:

- Take pride in and take responsibility for the work that you do.
- Be happy working under supervision and competent working alone when required.
- Be confident using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Possess attention to detail, be accurate and well organised.
- Able to follow safe practice procedures and implement routines dependably.

Location: Brunel Quay, Neyland, Pembrokeshire. SA731PY

40 hours basic 8.00am - 16.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary dependent on experience.
