Experience is not necessary as all training will be provided.

**The Individual**:
As a successful post holder, you will be responsible for:

- Following a planned schedule of service user visits;
- Supporting service users with personal care tasks to enable the person to reach their optimum level of independence;
- Protecting individuals from risk or abuse and to report any concerns to the Living Well Coach;
- Ensuing Health & Safety for yourself and service users' in line with PKC policy and procedures;
- Participating in risk assessments;
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on service users' progress;
- Complying with the National Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice.

You will be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).

You must have a valid UK driving licence as this post requires you to travel to a variety of locations across Perth and Kinross.
