We annually support over 300 fundraising events, providing a silent auction service for charities looking to maximise their fundraising. We offer a seamless service from start to finish with an extremely high level of attention to detail.

Superstars are looking to recruit a full time **Accounts Assistant**, based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. We are looking for a professional individual who is able to pro-actively support the finance manager working Monday - Friday. Hours can be suited to school hours if required.

A friendly, positive, and focused attitude is essential in all aspects of the role. Previous accounting experience is important for this role.

**The role**

Processing sales and purchase invoices onto Sage 50 Accounts.

Maintenance of Sales and Purchase Ledgers on Sage

Credit Control - chasing payments

Posting Customer Receipts

Client Account Reconciliation

Processing journals

Bank reconciliations

Credit card Reconciliations.

Ad-hoc assistance for the finance Manager as required

**Knowledge and skills required**

Use of Sage 50 Accounts essential

Good excel knowledge essential

Clear communication skills

Attention to detail

Working in a small team

**Ideal Person**
- At least 2 years’ worth of book keeping experience
- Strong communicator
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a pro-active approach.
- Extremely strong time management skills.
- Strong work ethic, willing to be flexible when required.

**Package & Benefits**

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000 pro rat

Permanent contract - Monday through Friday.

Benefits: 20 days holiday (FTE - holiday will be calculated on a pro rata basis), with an additional day added each year at the company - capped at 25 days (FTE), company pension scheme. Employee discount scheme. Fun, sociable working environment. Loyalty rewards.
