**Your new role.
**Reporting to a energetic passionate Finance Director, this is a newly created role.
You will be ambitious to grow, have the desire to innovate and have strong technical accounting knowledge, (IFRS, consolidations, large matrix organisation experience) The ability to lead, motive and inspire a team
Duties will include
Reviewing and consolidating statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS legislation.
Drive month end processes, ensuring tight deadlines are met.
Lead and inspire a team
Review reconciliations and schedules by the team ensuring high standards are met.
Implementing new processes to deliver month end reporting for new entities and consolidated accounts.
Overseeing the group consolidations process.
Reviewing corporate tax returns, ensuring deadlines are met.
Identify efficiencies and drive change
Support senior management with development and growth projects.
**What you'll need to succeed
**You will be an ACA, ACCA qualified accountant, with strong technical accounting skills.
Consolidations, IFRS and large company experience.
Hunger to grow and develop
You will be flexible, adaptable with the ability to innovate
Be able to lead a team
**What you'll get in return
**A salary of £70,000 to £85,000
Remote working, with regular in person team building, training sessions
