Hours: 45 hours per week

Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 5.30pm

We are looking to recruit a Workshop Controller for our busy Workshop in Kidwelly.

We are looking for someone to ensure the smooth and timely flow of work through the workshop, leading to customer satisfaction. Your role will be to ensure work is completed on time and efficiently using the ‘right first time’ approach by ensuring the work is allocated to suitable technicians in terms of qualification and experience. You will also ensure that the team delivers the highest standard of service and that you have the following key skills:

- Awareness of the Fundamentals and their impact on their role
- COSHH legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices
- Awareness of new models and recent improvements through technical updates, bulletins and on/off-site training.
- Awareness of quality control and inspection requirements of the workshop and MOT facility
- Knowledge of the Warranty procedures and codes
- Awareness of the need for good housekeeping and for keeping the work area clean, tidy and secure
