Sports Lettings Supervisor

**Sports Lettings Supervisors (2 x part-time posts)**

Location: Prince Henry’s Grammar School, Otley

Contract: Two part-time posts to cover weekend and evening hours.

Permanent - All year round

Each post between 15 and 30 hours per week

**Salary**: NJC Grade B3 point 7-11 range (£18,137 - £19,503 per annum based on 30 hours)

We are looking to appoint two enthusiastic and committed Sports Lettings Supervisors to join our site team.

The primary aim of this new role is to provide evening and weekend supervision of sports lettings and users of the sporting facilities at Prince Henry’s Grammar School. These new posts have been created to accompany the opening of the brand-new community 3G sports pitch based on the school site.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- An ability to work effectively under pressure and when dealing with challenging situations
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment with a commitment to providing excellent customer service (desirable but not essential)
- Experience of working in a sports facility environment (desirable but not essential)
