**The role: 20 hours per week, Flexible hours between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. To be discussed at interview**

This role is vital within our retail development team contributing to the success of our e-commerce business. We are looking for an enthusiastic online product lister to join us. Working as part of the retail development team, you will work with shop managers and volunteers to help grow and develop our e-commerce business.

**General duties**
- Delivering exceptional customer service responding to online sales enquiries
- Achieving and maintaining an exceptional customer feedback score on eBay
- Identifying donated stock for listing online
- Researching items to gather information and pricing
- Photographing items for sale
- Uploading products to marketplaces via listing software
- Creating accurate listings that sell for a maximum amount
- Packing and dispatching orders
- Receiving and managing returns
- Processing refunds
- Assisting Shop Manager and volunteers with online queries
- Supporting the Shop Manager, e-commerce and retail teams as required
- A passion for charity retailing
- Ability to work as a flexible and proactive member of the team
- Ability to use own initiative
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised and efficient
- Good communication skills
- Confident and articulate
- Interest in vintage, collectable or pre-loved products
- An energy and enthusiasm to succeed

**Hours will be worked on a shift basis between Monday - Saturday**
