Facilities Technician

**ADECCO** are recruiting for a **Facilities Technician** for their client based in **Bridgend**.

This role will be part of a small Facilities Team, which delivers critical Maintenance Services across the site.

It is a varied and hands-on role, that would suit someone with a technical or trade skill background.

**The Role**:

- Hands-on role delivering critical Facilities Maintenance Services across the site.
- Carry out fault finding and fault rectification on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain all clean rooms.
- Ensure all AHU units are operating within the correct tolerances.
- Ensure site services are functioning correctly, including RO water, heating, lighting, compressed air and gases, and effluent plant.
- Complete PAT testing.
- Carry out weekly fire alarm testing and emergency lighting testing / replacement.
- Complete legionella prevention functions.
- Manage contractors; obtain quotations, raise POs, permits etc.
- Monitor and manage site chemical waste disposal
- Form part of an Emergency Response Team and be part of a 'call out' rota, as required.

- Previous experience within facilities or maintenance, preferably with a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair
- Experience within a manufacturing environment, an advantage
