- Engineering Administrator
- The Company

- The Role
- The main purpose of the role is to efficiently deploy the service engineers to meet customer needs using systems to program, allocate and administer all service engineer activity.**Responsibilities**:
- Receive service calls from CSD (Customer Service Desk)
- Collate and update relevant information about the customer and to assist with fault diagnosis
- Efficient allocation of calls to engineers
- Updating appropriate systems with regards to status of call, Tesseract, CloudFM, Wisdom, Pronett etc.
- Complete customer quotes following engineer visits as required
- Check and verify service partner and sub-contractor invoices and enter manual jobsheets on tesseract
- First point of contact for incoming customer calls
- Maintain / build positive relationships with customers to promote the brand
- Keeping customers informed of engineers planned arrival
- Building strong working relationships with the engineers
- Communicating all relevant information regarding the fault to engineer, e.g. is the call covered by contract / cash customer, what is the equipment, what is the fault.
- Ensure Preventative maintenance (PM’s) are allocated and completed within a timely manner
- Allocating calls on a daily basis while being aware of geographical constraints
- 1. Experience call allocating/scheduling work
- 2. Confident on the phone
- 3. Able to work well under pressure
- 4. Enjoys working in a close knit team
