**Contract**: Permanent, Full-time

**What will you be responsible for?**
- related emergencies to protect lives, property and the environment.

Your day to day will include:

- Responding, repairing and reporting of Public reported gas escapes and fumes including third party network damages, including Emergency First Response - daytime and on the 24/7 out of hours rota.
- Install, exchange & repair a range of gas meters from U6 - U40 domestic and industrial & commercial in accordance with regulations to ensure inlet/outlet pressures meet specifications.
- Record accurate meter serial numbers and readings on installation record sheets, and report hazardous field situations.
- Domestic battery and regulator maintenance activities.
- Complete industrial & commercial maintenance activities, entailing function verification and DSEAR upgrades in line industry standards.
