Our client, a leading business in their sector is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to growth our client is looking to add a Recruitment Administrator to their HR and Recruitment team, where you will be required to provide a high level of administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and the wider team.
This role would be on a hybrid-working basis where you will be required to attend the office once per week. You will ideally need your own transport to access the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Recruitment inbox
- Manage the Agency temps spreadsheet
- Liaise with the Marketing team to post content on social media relating to vacancies
- Manage the offers spreadsheets whilst liaising with recruitment managers
Key Experience:
- A Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administration role
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Keen interest in Recruitment
- Computer proficient
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues of all levels
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading organization as a Recruitment Administrator, where you will be able to get an introduction into the world of Recruitment and HR, whilst working with an experienced team and learning within the role.
This is the ideal position for someone with a minimum of 1 years’ administration experience, looking to progress their career and develop their knowledge in this field.
